Judy has been named a 2011 Jubilation Foundation Fellow. The Jubilation Foundation, a fund of the Tides Foundation, grants funds to individual musicians who work to help young people feel fully alive through rhythm as expressed in dance, music and poetry, and to bring forth the joyful side of human nature, strengthening communities. Judy is one of 4 musicians in the US who received this honor! This award will help her to continue her work with Arts Education and bringing the joy of music to children in her community.

A story Judy wrote titled "Israel: A Jewish Connection" was published in a new book - "What Israel Means to Me" edited by Alan Dershowitz. It features personal stories from "80 prominent writers, performers, scholars, politicians and journalists." Judy is honored to be included in the company of Yosef Abramowitz, Rabbi Harold Kushner, Theodore Bikel, Larry King, Ed Koch and others.
You can still help hurricane victims rebuild their lives by ordering Beyond Katrina. The book contains dynamic and touching poetry, quotes and images collected from people whose lives were affacted by the recent Gulf Coast hurricanes. We also have an exhibit of art and poetry from the shelters which is available to travel to your community. After 10 years, we have discontinued the Jewish Entertainment Resources website. This website helped organizations find Jewish talent and helped Jewish talent to become more professional.
